How To Solve "Insufficient Storage" Problem On Android, Increase Your Device Internal Memory

Have you ever encountered the "Insufficient memory" problem - especially when you want to download from google playstore - even when you have enough memory on your device (android)?

I know I have and I know how annoying and frustrating it is, this post is a tutorial on how to increase your internal memory space and rid yourself of the annoying/frustrating "insufficient memory" problem.

TOOLS NEEDED

The following tools are needed for this tutorial

Now that you have the required tools, let us begin the tutorial

INCREASING YOUR INTERNAL MEMORY

  • Install and launch ES file explorer
  • Navigate to Root Folder
  • Click on Data
  • Click log_other_mode and delete all files found there (detailed on the images below).

  • After deleting all files, reboot your device
  • Go check out your internal memory and confirm the increase!!

Now, with most android tweaking there comes the fear of something going wrong which begs the question that nags the mind after reading this tutorial: "Would deleting those log files affect my android device?"

The answer to that question is an unequivocal NO!

Deleting those log files simply frees space on your device and has no adverse effect on your device whatsoever!
