RUGGED: Kyocera DuraForce Pro Specs & Features: Shockproof, Waterproof, Dustproof, Drop-proof!!!

OEM Kyocera rolled out the DuraForce Pro last year (2016) in August and the device which is presently on sale at verizon is one of the most rugged smartphone devices around.

The DuraForce features a pretty dope wide-angle view action camera that shoots at 1080p with the device itself has the triple awesome features of being shockproof, drop-proof, and dustproof as well as being able to withstand being underwater up to two meters for 30 minutes!

The Kyocera DuraForce Pro also has the MIL-STD-810 rating for protection against dust, shock, extreme temperatures, vibration, humidity amongst others!

The DuraForce Pro is a 5-inch (full HD display) smartphone that is powered by an Octa-core Snapdragon 617 processor, runs on Android v6.0 Marshmallow and packs a cool 3GB RAM alongside  32GB internal storage (expandable via microSD).

The device features a 13MP back camera (with 135-degree fieldview) and a 5MP selfie snapper.

The device carries a respectable 3200mAh battery and features a fingerprint sensor embedded in the power button on the side.
Adding to the ruggedity of this device, users can operate the screen while having gloves on!

The device is currently on sale on Verizon at a price of $408 (about N180,000) for outright purchase or at $17/month for 24 months.
