Gmail For Android Now Supports Money Transfer!!!

Google mail users can now send and receive money via the Android Gmail app. This feature has been available on Gmail web and it has been a long time coming when Google finally decides to make the feature available for mobile too.

The service is totally FREE and you can set the feature to receive cash directly transferred into your local bank account.

However, while this is great news generally, it is quite sad that this feature won't be available in Nigeria or Africa for that matter!

The Gmail money transfer services (both web and mobile platforms) are not available to Africa, with the new mobile feature being exclusively open only to United States users.

Oh, well...
